I have always wondered that when our IT firms do a lot of work for Govt agencies of foreign countries , why is that our public agencies don&#039;t seem to be too IT savvy. Of course we do are progressing in areas where it is inevitable like Railway ticketing.

And I guess lot of universities these days are beginning to launch public knowledge portals. http://knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu/ is a portal by Wharton. If you search in youtube, you would also discover that most of the American universities have dedicated channels too. Like the one by CMU.</description>
